Throughout my time as a DI team member, I came to know that the Creative Wave is not the steady upward journey that we sometimes wish it was. However, I also came to know and appreciate the importance of the ups and downs. From the first spark of an idea to the moment you present the magnificent final product on stage, every step you take towards making your dreams into a reality is a vital step in the Creative Wave. The frustration, the tears, and the triumphs are all a part of what makes DI, DI. So appreciate every moment.
This is the general graph of what I have experienced as the Creative Wave. While some steps are sometimes skipped, each DIer will likely experience each stage at some point.
